This website and forum are provided for the benefit of enthusiasts and owners of all Mercedes Benz off road vehicles, in particular the G Wagen. The costs of development, upkeep and provision of the site are met entirely by the annual subscriptions of club members. If you are using the site and are not a member of the G Wagen Owners Association please consider joining. You will have access to areas on the site that are not open to non members, to club trips and meetings and to technical assistance. I'd like a little museum of my own, with a haffy, pinz, g, a synchro golf and a t4, all early ones it mint condish. Might even stick a panda in amongst them, seeing as they came from the same factory.

I'd have to say G first, Transporter T3 Syncro Doka (got one of those too), Lada Niva and if pushed an old GAZ-67 Jeep

I'd have to have a G so I think I'd go for a 463 then get a mint 2 door RR classic for show and maybe a 460 with a 560 in it for playing in fields. Course one would need something for day to day use so a Carerra 4 would probably be on the list too, or I could just stick with the S3!

Yes I do think that the Hummer is to wide and in real rugged terainne aspecialy in Africa the hummer will constantly be stuck .
But the hummer did like nice in that YOUTUBE clip

The G would be my first choice for sure; however, if I have enough money for a second 4x4, I would buy a ÓÃÂ×, (GAZ).

Unimog !!! crewcab UHN 3000 about the same footprint as a hummer and better offroad :D

Just watch the Hummer and G wagen, and just got me thinking..
If money was no object, and you were not say a raving socialist and tree hugger (you know who you are :wink: :lol: ). What 4x4 would you get. One assumes that you would off road with about 30-40% of the time.
Feel free to post and put the specific model you would like.
Me? I will have MTD's Black G (you have been told! :twisted: )
