It says:
autocostruito con motore mercedes sec 500, ponti unimog, telaio G
or in other words: car built with Mercedes 500 SEC engine, Unimog axles and G chassis
Lot to be said for not having too much torque
I would have worn a seat belt.

Standard is good
car built with Mercedes 500 SEC engine
Doubt it very much, or if, then not standard
Same truck here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orY877fufcg&mode=user&search=
Listen carefully at 00:45 to 00:49
There's a supercharger on that engine!
Sounds much like a 55k...or what does everyone else think?

I agree... it sounds very much like a Kompressor engine but I just copied what the poster of the other video claimed in YouTube (proof that you can never trust an Italian?) Just jokin'

Of course, never for one moment doubted that, just wondered if they made a mistake or a deliberate deviation of possible unwanted "attention"?
Something else, would you manage to get a question to them, enquiring as to where they got hold of the wheels? Looking for such a (or similar) set and would greatly appreciate any pointers.

Are they not #29 or #30 in Harald Pietschmann's fantastic G-Wagen wheel compilation?

If so, they are Borbet's and can me sourced from ORC http://www.orc.de or perhaps even directly from the manufacturer here: http://www.cw-fahrzeugtechnik.de/cw_index.php3
