Spanner Fest 1&2
As there is no heading for restorations I have put this thread here.
After a long period of inaction I was spurred into action by what turns out to be a great chap. an old soldier of the best kind and one who can be relied on.turns up in his camper stays the weekend works untill I am nackered then carries on untill he is too, include one other great chap who travels all the way up from London to lend a hand and make the tea and finaly the old girl is coming back to life.
So at a secret location somewhere in England the spanner fest began on May weekend and carried on this weekend thanks guys you are real heros.
:D I can not wait till "spanner fest three" the return of the spanners ...
Hope Mark turns up with more flapjacks thay fired me up nicley.

What the fuch are fuchs.
Fuchs make and sell engine oil and lubricants, and they do a really nifty grease gun that the ( new style ) grease cartridge screws into, no springs to wrassle with no more.

fuchs = tough / high quality alloys as fitted to works ur quattro's, porches etc.
