I can get used AMG (like new with new tyres) in the US from EBAY no problem but the  shipping is very expensive. Anyone know a cheap way to ship wheels from the US - IE: cost around 400usd or less

Try Ebay Germany or online sites in Poland. There are loads are good prices. Got a nice set ot 18 inchers with mine for good price compared to here.
