How many Gs in the UK, or elswhere...
I expect this has been answerred within several other posts, but how many G's do we think there are in the UK?
And I seem to remember a breakdown of the models too, somewhere.
I am asking because I wondered how many G230 SWBs there are.
After that, there may be some stats somewhere about which other countries have the highest numbers... expect Austria, Germany, Switzerland to be up there. Maybe Iran too?
I tried as many permutations as I could think of on 'howmanyleft.co.uk but it came up with no G stats at all that I could find
I'll go with approx 360 on the road, and 340 SORNed? In the UK

Audiominx - On the www.howmanyleft.co.uk web site type in just 'mercedes' (not mercedes benz or G wagen etc .... ) in the Search box and you should then get a drop down box and if you scroll down you'll find most models of G listed. Hope this helps!
Meant to ask, did the police catch up with the tractor driver?
Would you believe it - farmer says he is in India? Just my luck.
Actually, not kidding. Apparently this has happened before, and the Police need a name and address in order to serve papers! The farm is owned by X who leases it to Y who has driver Z who is in India - yeah right. The good news is that this isn't being swept under the carpet (yet) and they are going to keep at it. I am not holding my breath, but for the hassle he is causing a lot of people I hope they throw the book at him and that maybe eventually our insurance will get cleared.
Still car hunting in the meantime as we are down to 1 Saab and my push-bike!
