silver diesel rag top on e-bay...in Yorkshire. Needs a new nearside rear panel, maybe more?

This was on E'bay over two years ago ...in exactly the same condition.....can't remember whether it sold then but seem to recall it was in Essex .......
more pictures needed and most likely a personal inspection to assess the damage but from the pictures on show it doesn't look to bad???
CAt B is not safe to go back on the road. From the pictures the wheel and tub took the brunt of the crash, I can't imagine how its Cat B unless the chasis is damaged but highly unlikely???? Or DVLA / VOSA car inspection experts who inspected over the phone.
If any one does see this i would be interested to know what state it is in.
Seems to have been taken off by the seller

I didn't read the blurb properly its a category b write off...
