Help needed...
Trying to locate a rear brake adjuster for a 87 460 G280 to get though MOT
Got two new rear cylinders for £14 each and a master for £150

The adjuster you are after is a dealer part only.
I am surprised that you require one or two; these can be stripped down, cleaned, greased and re-used, why do you need one?
As far as I am aware there are two types of adjusters so your axle number and other vehicle details are vital to locate the correct one.
