Wanted: W460 4wd activation instructions plate / decal

Hi all,

I am looking for an unusal part, which I cant find on the EPC.

Its the brass plate that sits next to the lockers in the center tunnel.

This appears to only be fitted to a few G's, perhaps only UK delivered ones.  My 230GE came from Japan via UK.

Does anyone have one, in any condition, or has any info on these?

Hi rare as hens teeth they were fitted on a few Uk wagens colour is black on silver

Hello Graham,

This is not a Mercedes part at all, neither has it been fitted in the UK.

I feel the Japanese importer is the one who installed these plates. Given the red and gold colour scheme is not of European taste more oriental.
