Tax, MOT until July 2011. 1984-05, regularly serviced /repaired in Merc workshop. Acquired by GWOA NI member who installed lpg Sept 2006, 2 under-floor torpedo tanks, 60ltrs, certified (serviced, adjusted, re-certified 2009). Full lpg tank costs about £45 (March ’11 prices). Start on petrol, switch to lpg when engine warm. Sluggish acceleration on petrol, runs very smoothly on lpg. 87000 miles 1984 – 2007, another 40,000 max since then (milometer replaced twice, secondhand). Never used for off-roading. In working order, it’s been very reliable and is in constant general domestic use. Location Brighton.
