VG150 Transfer case - flange removal?

Just starting the service of the new VG150 axle kindly located for me (thanks again Mike!).

Just wondered if anyone with access to the WIS/ experience might be able to tell me :

1. What the correct procedure is for  removing prop  flanges. I know I need tool 4605890233 but are unsure of how the unit should be 'locked' in place to allow slackening of the retaining nut (also, is that standard RH thread? What is the tightening torque / allowable stretch?

2. Torque values for retaining bolts on mounts

3. Removing/ replacing the high/low lever - looks like a punch out pin?

4. What the 2 (sensors?) are in positions 1 and 2 shown below?
