South Wales summer run proposed for July 14th 2013.

Meeting on Sunday  14th of July near Hirwaun, we will travel to a nearby ancient byway where there will be an off road drive of approximately 3 Hours. On completion we will arrive at a tourist attraction where entry and a light meal (Bowl of cawl, piece of cake, tea or coffee) will be provided.

I will walk the route in July providing there are sufficient numbers and have been advised that the route is passable with care (no worse than last year which is when I last used it). It has been authorised for use by the local rights of way officer. We need 4 vehicles as a minimum and will take 8 vehicles as a maximum.

The approximate cost will be in the region of £15.00 per person (You may need to pay a small amount extra depending on your food choice).

Cheques made payable to GWOA for £15.00 per person should be forwarded to Tony Baskill. These need  to be received no later than 30th June(Please remeber to state name, address, email, contact number and number of passengers if applicable.) .

 If we do not get sufficient numbers by this date I will be unable to run the event.
